This Vivanco CAT 6A U/UTP patch cord is a factory-terminated, unshielded copper cable built for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) networks. It uses 26 AWG stranded copper conductors with skin-foam-skin insulation inside a flexible grey PVC jacket, finished at both ends with gold-plated, staggered-pin RJ45 plugs rated for at least 750 mating cycles. At just 1 metre, it is sized for short jumper connections between adjacent ports in the same rack. It is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-C.2 and IEC 61156-6 for Category 6A performance.
