You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

IT Racks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services or staff.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent bans is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of order unless cash-on-delivery (COD) is selected. COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery rider. Refusing a COD delivery may result in COD privileges being revoked.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. All card transactions are processed under PCI-DSS compliance.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

Remote areas may incur additional delivery surcharges; you will be notified before order confirmation.

International shipping is not currently available. We ship exclusively within Pakistan.

Our 30-day return policy applies to most items. Please refer to our full Return Policy for eligibility criteria and exclusions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refund timelines by payment method are outlined in our Refund Policy.

IT Racks is not liable for items lost in return transit. We recommend using tracked shipping for high-value returns.

Repeated returns by the same customer may be flagged and result in account review.

IT Racks is an independently operated, multi-brand e-commerce retailer. Every manufacturer name, logo, and trademark referenced on this platform are the property of their respective owners, used solely to identify and describe the genuine products we sell.

All content on this platform — including logos, product images, descriptions, and software — is the intellectual property of IT Racks or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Product images provided by manufacturers are used under licence. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected].

IT Racks provides its services 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact our support team first; we resolve most disputes quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940.

Arbitration shall take place in Karachi, Pakistan. The language of arbitration shall be English or Urdu.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on our website, except where immediate changes are required by law.

We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The most current version of these Terms always governs your relationship with IT Racks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
